3. A 15% discount applies to teams of 5 or more people (with consolidated payment and invoicing).
4. Paid registrants who are unable to attend may submit a written request for a refund before April 30, 2026 (inclusive), subject to a ¥200 processing fee. Refund requests will not be accepted after April 30, 2026.
